ask Congratulations on being the top performer at the HR Excellence Awards! How did your HR and people strategy contribute to your success this year?
Human resources and people strategy play an important role as key drivers in achieving business goals and improving overall organizational performance. The implementation of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) has revolutionized the recruitment process, allowing us to execute business projects with greater efficiency and continuously attract compatible talent, thereby ensuring the company’s competitiveness in this fast-paced market.
Additionally, the integration of social platforms helps facilitate communication, connection, and collaboration within the workplace. Digital hubs can share knowledge, ideas, and better manage HR-related activities such as performance appraisals, benefits, and administration, thereby streamlining and maximizing HR functions.
We are committed to increasing employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives through various programs and initiatives, which not only improve morale but also improve teamwork and create a better work culture. Employees feel valued and appreciated, which translates into higher job satisfaction and increased productivity.
ask Looking back at your achievements, what aspects of HR initiatives are you most proud of and why?
We streamline internal processes by seamlessly integrating the platform with our extensive recruitment process using a project-based framework. Increased data accuracy and accessibility allow us to better support internal and project-based operations. We are now able to identify the right talent more quickly, which contributes to project success and overall growth. Improvements in operational efficiency have had a significant positive impact on the company’s business results.
In addition, Human Resources takes the lead in implementing the company’s corporate social responsibility program, which reflects our commitment to community welfare. Through carefully planned monthly employee engagement programs and dynamic team-building activities, the work culture thrives as energy and collaboration are fostered.
ask What major obstacles have you faced in your HR journey? How did you overcome these obstacles to achieve excellence?
Human nature’s unwillingness to change has always been a stumbling block for us. This issue affects us not only internally, but also externally, with some clients insisting on following traditional recruiting methods and refusing to use new technology. To this end, we have launched training and onboarding programs to foster broad understanding and adoption of new methodologies and bridge the gap between existing practices and new and evolving approaches to effectively improve business practices.
ask How does your organization measure the success and impact of its HR programs?
We track usage of the system based on employee feedback, which helps us understand their existing experience and identify areas for improvement. Employee engagement and engagement are key metrics for gathering recommendations that can provide valuable insights.
We review these metrics regularly not only to measure the success of our HR programs but also to meet the changing needs of our employees and the company as a whole.
ask Given emerging trends, where do you see the HR/people function heading in the future?
In the near future, HR will transform into a strategic partner, leveraging advanced technology and data analytics to drive organizational success. Human resources are critical to navigating a dynamic work environment, enabling organizations to remain competitive and relevant in the industry and consistently achieve strong business results. In this fiercely competitive digital era, cultivating employees to continuously improve their skills through the integration of data analysis and artificial intelligence will become a key aspect of human resources.
