2023 was another outstanding year for the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), delivering strong growth and receiving prestigious awards, consolidating its leading position in regional and international markets.
Group Human Resources, as the core of the NBK system, has played a key role in this year’s success, accomplishing many goals, all of which support the provision of a dynamic working environment and unlimited learning opportunities, as well as an atmosphere that encourages innovation.
Commenting on this year’s review, Mr. Emad Al-Ablani, General Manager, Group Human Resources, National Bank of Kuwait said: “Over the past year, we successfully achieved all our medium-term goals with the aim of continuing to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. , as well as attracting and cultivating domestic talent.”
