Following the unification programme, Jobstreet can now tap into a larger data set across Asia Pacific, which will enable its AI algorithms to deliver more precise and relevant matches between employers and talent. Another interesting feature is natural language search on the platform. This innovation allows job seekers to submit job queries on the platform using simple phrases or complete sentences, so they don’t need to rely solely on keyword phrases. This feature is powered by Large Language Models (LLM) to provide a more organic and engaging search experience for job seekers. The feature is already available in the Philippines and is planned to be rolled out in SEEK’s other Asia-Pacific markets in 2024.
