Haan brings more than 25 years of cross-industry human resources leadership expertise to the position. She has worked in insurance, financial services, and data and analytics. Prior to joining World, she served as senior vice president of global talent at Circana, a global research and marketing company. Prior to that, she served in various roles at Allstate Corporation for more than 20 years.

He has demonstrated his industry expertise by delivering numerous training seminars on legal topics including claims, blockchain and cyber security.
Before working in title insurance, he worked as an attorney with a law degree from St. John’s University and as a financial analyst.

Lana Jankovic has been promoted from vice president of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance to chief audit and SOX officer at Ryan Specialty.
