Glasgow and Aberfeldy architecture firm Eòlas Architects celebrates its 13th anniversary and transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
The experienced practice specializes in delivering a range of bespoke sustainable buildings for a range of clients across housing, agricultural buildings, hospitality, community spaces, energy supply, healthcare and education.
Reflecting a wider trend that is particularly prominent in the construction sector, Eòlas Architects hopes the shift to employee ownership will help make the firm more collaborative and resilient.

TLT provided legal advice on all aspects of the creation of an employee ownership trust and the transfer of Eòlas Architects to employee ownership. The transaction was led by corporate partner Douglas Roberts and supported by senior associate Nimarta Cheema and corporate partner Faye Saunders.
