Small business owners, operations staff, human resources professionals and C-suite leaders from across Northern Kentucky will discuss strategies to address workforce issues this week.
The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce will host its sixth annual Talent Strategies Symposium on Wednesday, March 13, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Erlanger Branch of the Kenton County Public Library.
The half-day event will feature a moderator-led roundtable discussion on “Comprehensive Talent Transformation”. Dustin Lester, Vice President of Consulting at Lightcast, will provide a national and regional data-driven perspective for the company’s white paper, “Population Drought.”
“The idea of comprehensive talent transformation is to treat each employee individually, understanding that my employer’s expectations in terms of salary, benefits, perks, positions, and responsibilities may be different than those of other hires,” said Nancy, vice president of talent strategy at the New Open Source Chamber of Commerce. Spivery said in a press release. “This year’s workshop will explore the concept of developing employee-centric talent attraction, engagement and retention programs for every employee.”
