LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — SoFi Stadium Los Angeles announced that human resources company Paycor has been named the official human resources (HR) and payroll provider for the Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.
As part of the multi-year agreement, Paycor’s suite of HR software will be implemented by all three organizations, playing a central role in recruiting, employee onboarding, career development and growth.
“The Los Angeles Rams are excited to partner with Paycor to enhance our human resources and payroll operations,” said Oracio Galindo, director of employee experience for the Los Angeles Rams. “Just like on the field, We are committed to elevating our front office and winning with our employees. Paycor’s award-winning software and unified platform will allow us to provide our leaders with the tools to achieve continued success in everything we do.”

Additionally, under the sponsorship agreement, Paycor will play a key role in hospitality, signage and digital activation for Los Angeles Rams home games, and the company will serve as a display partner for the Rams’ VIP pre-game tailgate “The House.”
