Suba Group of Hotels has been running its business using local solutions for over a decade. However, managing the entire group’s operations from the corporate office through central control is a major challenge as they have different local solutions across member hotels. As they grew rapidly, they found that these on-premises solutions limited their ability to gain visibility into operations across the group, access key operational reports and guest data, manage allocations, and ensure real-time collaboration among member hotels to drive efficiencies.
