Singapore hosts the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition and Conference, attracting major retailers and brands for a week of innovation and networking.

Attendees can also gain rich insights at two workshops held during the event.The first program is “China Watch” in collaboration with Xiaohongshu and will be hosted by TFWA’s Chief China Representative Hannah Gao Taking place on Tuesday, May 14 from 8am to 9am, it will explore the latest developments and opportunities in the region, current digital trends and the spending behavior of Chinese tourists. This session will include insights from: Ma YanGeneral Manager of Sino-Singapore Chongqing Airport Commercial Management Co., Ltd.; Matt LiaoSenior Vice President of Brand and Marketing, China Duty Free Group; and Keith ChenGeneral Manager of Xiaohongshu Global Travel Retail, Luxury Jewelry and Fashion Accessories Business Group.
The second seminar, “Decoding Today’s Dwell Time,” is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., during which the audience will hear from Stephen HiramPi Insight managing director presents the latest data on Asian shoppers from its Global Shopper series, and Kearney senior partner Siddharth Pathak will present the latest findings on what keeps customers engaged. The conference will be moderated by Michele Miranda, TFWA Conference Director.
