CG Roxane, manufacturer of Crystal Geyser mountain mineral water, is looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our National Key Accounts team.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will ensure that CG Roxane management as a whole is well informed and appropriately equipped to achieve its objectives and key objectives. This position will be involved in all key business initiatives. This will include; working on the creation and execution of plans, as well as managing internal and external communications, forecasting, tracking and communicating key messages to management.
This position interacts and works closely with Kroger and Walmart teams as well as CG Roxane management, sales and marketing on all strategic initiatives – Serves as a key contributor to the CG Roxane senior leadership team; Influences decisions through collaboration, advice and consultation, Thereby influencing strategic priorities and assisting in the development of solutions and execution strategies for all aspects of the business.

Report to: Senior sales manager
Responsibilities:
· Monitor, execute, track and evaluate client goals.
· Establish and maintain a strong teamwork philosophy with all managers and sales personnel.
· Evaluate all sales and trends for assigned accounts.
· Work with appropriate personnel to resolve customer service and operational issues.
· Work closely with senior management on planning, pricing and execution.
· Provide commentary on monthly activities related to the area of responsibility.
· Build strong relationships with Kroger and Walmart teams across the country.
· Latest updates on IRI data, Market6, Retail Link and Madrid sales conference and review.
· Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
· Promote the company through personal attendance at community events and key client events, including formal events.
· Serve as a leader by modeling teamwork, ethical behavior and positive attitude.
qualifications:
- Located in the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Area
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or similar degree preferred).
- Minimum four years of sales management background, or Kroger/Walmart specific experience.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented, energetic, focused people who require little guidance or supervision and always have a “can-do attitude.”
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, managers and sales personnel and possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Act and appear professional.
