• Nevada State Bank hired Jennifer Madrid Serves as Human Resources Manager and Senior Vice President. Madrid has more than 20 years of human resources experience, most recently in the healthcare industry, covering Nevada, New Mexico and Texas.
In her new role, Madrid oversees a team that supports employees and managers on employee relations matters, ensuring the bank complies with all local and state laws while helping create a positive work environment focused on development at all levels.

• Veterans Benefits Guide (VBG) announces appointments Lisa Gillard Serves as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Girard brings decades of corporate finance experience, providing strategic direction for optimizing and managing a company’s investments, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance and risk management, and profitability. A strong believer in mentoring and leadership development, Girard will lead VBG’s accounting and finance operations as VBG expands services across the United States to support more veterans as they work to obtain the benefits they earned while serving.

There, she oversaw the company’s accounting and finance teams and deftly managed the company’s rapid turnaround. Prior to joining Bluberi, she served as financial officer for EIS Wire and Cable, a manufacturer and supplier of custom wire and cable to the U.S. military. In her previous role, she expertly guided employers through various M&A transactions.
Girard earned a master’s degree in accounting from Western New England University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She will be based at VBG’s Las Vegas headquarters.

Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and journalism from Monmouth University in New Jersey and has approximately 15 years of experience in the outdoor and outdoor advertising industry.
