Travel-as-a-service platform Spotnana has announced the launch of its new product, Spotnana Events.
The new product will allow employees and guests to book and manage their own travel to attend meetings and events of unlimited numbers.
It is available to companies as an add-on or as a stand-alone product and can be purchased through Spotnana or channel partners.
Its API-first architecture enables channel partners to white-label, embed and integrate event bookings into their products.
Spotnana Events leverages all of Spotnana’s core features, including direct NDC integration with major airlines.
The new platform will simplify event creation with specific travel policies and event travel windows, and make it easier to add staff or invited guest travelers.
It will enable players to send customized emails and send automated reminders to those concerned about travel arrangements, and allow users to self-book, manage and cancel travel arrangements without an agent.
It will also provide instant insights, including access to instant data to monitor invitees’ booking status and travel spend.
Deployments are managed through a cloud-based software, meaning rapid deployments are possible around the world.
