Melbourne-based human resources (HR) software giant Culture Amp will soon offer new people analytics capabilities to clients including Canva, McDonald’s and Dolby after acquiring Belgrade, Serbia-based Orgnostic for an undisclosed sum.

People analytics, also commonly known as talent analytics, is the data analysis of candidate and employee issues to understand their impact on key business outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
The acquisition will enable Culture Amp customers to maximize the value of their existing tools and gain critical business insights by collecting, cleansing and synthesizing people data from disparate sources across the entire employee lifecycle.
Culture Amp expects its people analytics product to launch in the second half of 2024.

Founded in 2009 by Elzinga, Doug English, Jon Williams, and Rod Hamilton, Culture Amp is one of the world’s leading employee experience platforms, processing the data of more than 25 million employees in more than 6,500 companies.
The acquisition of Orgnostic will soon enable Culture Amp clients to drill down into previously siled sources and understand the drivers behind key people insights such as employee turnover, disengagement, productivity trends, salary gaps and more.
Prior to founding Orgnostic, Babic was an award-winning HR Manager, Management Board Member and Head of People Operations at Infobip, helping the company grow from start-up stage to unicorn status.
Bogicevic was previously co-founder and chief technology officer of Seven Bridges Genomics, a biomedical data analytics company named one of the 50 Smartest Companies by MIT Technology Review. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
