Started with May 2, 2024 we will provide internship opportunities Europe, Middle East and Africa human Resources Milan team.
main responsibility
- Support HR teams to manage processes related to people in EMEA businesses and focus on rewards.
- Support the Reward team in monitoring incentives for the retail crowd, learn internal tools (Xactly and WorkDay), understand the program, and assist Hubs colleagues with manual adjustments to execute the correct payments.
- Contribute to the rewards process during the year – salary reviews, bonus payments, market benchmarking.
- Support recruitment activities through internal tools (WorkDay, LinkedIn) – specifically assistance in determining the correct job description, managing job postings, conducting direct pre-screening activities and providing support during interviews.
- Understand the organization and be directly involved in maintaining updated organizational charts in PowerPoint and WorkDay.
- Support all administrative tasks related to new hires, role changes, or other actions related to the employee life cycle.
- Prepare for onboarding meetings by following internal guidelines and supporting presentations.
- Develop HR-related analytical skills – Support monitoring specific KPIs and identifying useful numbers to measure HR performance to help teams make appropriate improvements.
Main requirements
- Economics/Business Management/Engineering Studies;
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Passionate about HR topics, eager to learn and proactive
- Analytical and numerical skills;
- fluent English;
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with structured reality preferred.
