your mission
- Ensure implementation of people processes, working closely with business leaders to ensure key objectives (growth, profitability, people engagement, employee experience) are achieved.
- As a professional business partner, ensuring quality service to all relevant internal stakeholders.
How you will contribute
- Manage the full range of HR processes and activities in accordance with group guidelines (Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Budget, Payroll and Benefits…).
- Ensure that the required talents are obtained on time and at cost. Ensure effective onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure effective performance management processes are implemented, aligned with business needs, and support local management teams in achieving business objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of the group’s talent management process, support talent growth, and build tomorrow’s talent pool.
- Develop trusted partnerships with internal business customers to provide challenge, guidance and advice on people-related matters, supporting organizational design that meets overall business needs.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and enforcing applicable HR legal requirements; conduct investigations; maintain records; attend hearings on behalf of the organization. Manage relationships with attorneys to manage employee relations as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring an effective employee relations culture through regular and timely dialogue with the Works Council, including the negotiation of work agreements
- Provides counseling to employees and supervisors. Provides resources to employees experiencing issues affecting performance or employment, providing advice, counseling and appropriate external resources.
- Ensure the correct implementation of all HR Management and HR Operations processes in compliance with local employment laws and Group guidelines, systems and tools.
- Actively contribute an appropriate level of HR support and lead the implementation of HR initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Ensure a diverse, imaginative and empowering work environment.
Who are you
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- 5/7 years of experience in 360° HR roles in structured and global organizations.
- 2/3 years of experience in luxury, sports and lifestyle industries.
- Labor and employee relations, solid knowledge of German labor law.
- Experience working with works councils.
- Modern human resources information system management experience.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
- Highly passionate, entrepreneurial and dedicated.
- Expect to go above and beyond the call of duty.
- A people-oriented, results-oriented person.
- A true team player and effective communicator.
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Well organized, process driven, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Project management, able to coordinate multi-functional activities and information flow.
Employment type

- The position will be based in Braunschweig and will require regular travel to Munich.
