Intelex, a global provider of environmental, health, safety and quality management software, has named Kristin O’Brien vice president of human resources.
In this role, O’Brien will play a role in translating business goals into talent, organizational and cultural needs. She will contribute to the organization’s culture of innovation and opportunity, align with its growth strategy, help create an engaging workplace that promotes employee growth and opportunity, and work on its HR transformation strategy to redefine and enhance Its employee value proposition.
O’Brien’s career spans over 20 years and has extensive international experience in Australia, Europe and the United States. She previously held senior human resources positions in a variety of areas, including global human resources director at food manufacturer General Mills and most recently as senior human resources director at MKS Instruments.
