Advise technical talent with unrealistic skills listed on their resume

This is because you may need to deploy these skills even if you don’t get hired initially, especially at a startup; there’s an 80% chance that one of these additional skills will give you an edge over others in an interview. This can lead to employer frustration when you are asked to use these skills and you do not adequately deliver, leaving employees feeling like they are being targeted or asked to complete tasks or responsibilities that they feel are not in the job description.
