The Office focuses its resources on attracting, motivating, and retaining capable and committed people; encouraging employee excellence; and ensuring that employees and other customers have a positive and consistent image and experience of the Parish.
office Includes the following main features:
Employee Benefits – We design and administer parish-wide benefits programs, striving to achieve the right balance between cost, competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
Payslip – We process payroll for the Central Administrative Office (CAO), Catholic Charities, Arlington Catholic Herald and several smaller dioceses every two weeks. We also provide training and troubleshooting technical assistance to nearly 100 local payroll administrators throughout the diocese.
Employee Relations – We assist in creating a work environment that is consistent with the values and mission of the Diocese.
Recruitment and compensation – We implement recruitment and compensation plans for the CAO and Herald to attract and retain high-quality staff dedicated to the work of the church.
develop – We help CAO employees reach their full potential by promoting and encouraging career development opportunities.
