Access Hospitality’s product portfolio provides IT solutions for every aspect of the hotel business, from guest reservations, EPoS, table management and marketing to procurement, facilities management, training and hotel PMS.
These acquisitions will help further understand guest demographics such as order tracking, time spent at the venue and frequency of visits.

Approximately 60% of guest data held by hotel venues is obtained through guest Wi-Fi. Wireless Social works with more than 600 multi-site operators and last year achieved 50 million logins at 7,500 locations.

Access Hospitality, which provides IT solutions to around 10,000 hospitality venues across the UK and Ireland, recently announced a renewed focus on integrated customer experience technology across its front office, for all stages of the customer journey.
