Our family-owned company, Midwest Communications Inc., a leader in the radio industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated local sales manager to implement multimedia marketing solutions, including digital and broadcast products, for local Nashville businesses.
In this position, you will use your expertise and experience to analyze client needs and deliver compelling, strategic advertising presentations utilizing multiple marketing platforms provided by Midwest Communications to address and achieve client goals.
main responsibility:
Develop a sales strategy that uses specific, measurable tactics and actions to generate sales revenue.
Recruit and retain top talent and build your team.
Hold team members accountable for all priorities and action plans.
Lead regular sales team meetings and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members.
Attend and participate in high-profile client presentations.
Create and implement local direct sales programs with a focus on customer-focused sales including radio events, digital marketing, NTR events and radio event sponsorships.
Develop and develop business relationships with key local Nashville companies with a focus on branding and long-term partnerships
qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of local sales management experience with a proven track record of local direct and digital sales.
Strong interpersonal communication, communication, collaboration and expression skills.
Proficient in prospecting, marketing plan development, presentation and closing.
Working knowledge of digital and radio marketing products.
Proficient in using documents, spreadsheets and presentation software. Wide track experience preferred.
