Saki Corporation, an innovator in automated optical and X-ray inspection equipment, is pleased to announce two new sales and business development leadership promotions. Effective August 1, Mr. Eddie Ichiyama, former Senior General Manager of Asia, will serve as Chief Overseas Sales Manager, responsible for all overseas sales operations. Mr. Ken Katsumi, former Japan Senior Sales Manager, takes over as Chief Sales Manager. Effective August 1, the new overseas sales headquarters will be integrated into the global sales structure. The sales organization now consists of two departments: Overseas Sales Headquarters, which is responsible for all overseas markets except Japan; and Sales Headquarters, which is primarily responsible for customer relations in Japan and the headquarters’ promotional functions.
Currently, Saki is strengthening its global sales operations, driven by Mr. Eddie Ichiyama and Mr. Ken Katsumi. In their new roles as Chief Sales Manager, they will play a key role in driving the unique inspection capabilities of Saki’s advanced line of high-quality automated inspection systems for 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), 2D/3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) ) and automated x-ray inspection (AXI) serving customers around the world – all backed by reliable, efficient global delivery, technical support and service commitments.
