Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic manager for their new car sales team who can take charge and contribute to the success of the dealership.
main responsibility:
- Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the new vehicle sales department to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Team Management: Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
- Customer-centric: Establishing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction helps improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations to ensure efficiency, compliance and profitability.
Require:
- At least three years of automotive sales management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
