We are currently looking for a Wholesale Multi-Brand Area Manager for EMEA to be part of our dynamic Milan-based team.
In this role, you will work with our key multi-brand partners in the region to manage and grow the business, ensuring sales and market growth are in line with our brands’ luxury standards; you will be responsible for customer service, marketing, communications and corporate legal Liaise across multiple departments and be supported by a team dedicated to wholesale planning.
How will you contribute?
- Liaise with the Head of Wholesale Manager to develop and manage annual strategies by market to enhance brand performance
- Liaise with the Head of Wholesale Manager to define and manage annual sales targets by partner/by door/by product category
- Liaise with each partner/door to define and manage annual sales forecasts
- Develop and implement monthly action plans to support partnerships to achieve established sales forecasts.
- Monitor ST performance, on-hand inventory status, and identify reorder/exchange opportunities to improve seasonal ST
- Ensure partner payment processes and ongoing follow-up of delivery status with customer service team to obtain appropriate assortments and meet seasonal collection launches
- During sales events, manage the buying process as per brand guidelines to achieve agreed OTB and achieve appropriate product mix based on specific market needs and seasonality strategies
- Monitor the online presence of partners offering seasonal assets to adhere to brand guidelines
Who are you?
- 4-6 years in similar position
- Line Manager: Head of Wholesale and Franchise Manager EMEA
- Strong communication skills, strict organization and attention to details
- Luxurious environment and profound knowledge requirements
- Candidates proficient in English, Italian and other languages are preferred
- Multitasking and ability to quickly move from planning to management/administration
- Highly organized, detail oriented, detail oriented, and deadline oriented.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Need to travel frequently
