Regional Sales Director
Location: Field
Territories: Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont
Time schedule: Monday to Friday
As the Regional Sales Director for Downeast Cider, you will lead a team of sales representatives in achieving Downeast’s mission to become the #1 hard cider company in the United States. You’ll spread the unfiltered word of mouth about our innovative portfolio of craft ciders, vodka sodas, lemonades and more.
You will be tasked with executing revenue, sales and distribution goals within our headquarters regions (MA and RI). This is achieved by hiring, training and motivating your sales team and building and leveraging relationships with our wholesaler partners.
what will you do:
Build a strong team
-Build and manage a “best in class” sales team
-Hire: Identify top talent and fill open positions with a sense of urgency
-Training: Fully understand our sales process and best practices.Ability to understand team members’ strengths and weaknesses and provide feedback effectively

-Spend at least 3 days a week on site coaching your team
– Maintain high team motivation by establishing a positive performance-based work environment
increase income
-Achieve CE, distribution and team goals
– Build trust and goodwill among all wholesalers in your network
-Leverage wholesaler relationships to increase sales
Who are you:
-More than 3 years of outside sales experience
-More than 2 years of direct sales management experience
– Experience managing budgets and weekly/monthly account lists
– Live in the same area as the area covered
-Valid driving license and vehicle

-Have working experience in alcohol/liquor/beer/wine industry
-Have experience in sales training
